How to Resolve Word Table Border Display Erratically in PDF

One of the possible cause of this issue is due to the use of cell margin. As you can see below, cell margin is used for the table below.

And when i choose to Save As PDF option, you can see the border line of table is not display correctly as shown below

To resolve this, i first set the cell margin to 0 for all the sides.

And then i choose the Line Spacing Options....

And set the Indentation and Spacing accordingly.

And once you convert it to PDF, you can see the borderline is now display correctly for the below table.
